This is a common problem and in most cases, very easy to correct - simply login to your Centova Cast ADMIN - under the config settings, change the password(s). If this does not work, ensure you have entered the correct information (located in the quick links section of Centova) - and ensure you do not enter the port number - that is not used for FTP
